Here is a real smasher of a sneaker from Nike... The Lunar Mariah takes from the past and adds to that with a big dose of futureness...! Originally developed in the early 1980's, the Air Mariah was made to be a superlative lightweight road and track running sneak. It certainly lived up to its expectations and remained at the top of its game staying in the Nike range throughout the 1990's... Nike took the silhouette, materials and construction of the Nike Eagle for the look and added 'Air', the Air Mariah was the first Nike sneak to have full-length 'Air' in its sole...

For this 21st century take on that sneaker Nike have whipped off the 'Air' sole and added a super lightweight foam cushioned sole to give great comfort and super-ultra light weight! Adding that Lunar Foam sole and 'no-sew' construction gave the Nike footwear designers the scope to completely rebuild the the Mariah and make it as comfortable as ever... The colours that these sneaks are available in really accentuate the perfect shape of this sneaker and really add to something that looks and feels very special indeed...
