Farah was started off in 1920 in Texas by Mansour Farah and his wife who originally made general workwear under the name 'Farah'. When Mansour Farah passed away his son James took over the company and carried on making high quality workwear to an extent that the US military contracted him to make the uniforms for the US servicemen

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible after the order has been processed (for example an order processed on Wednesday will be processed and dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday.) Please order before 9am to guarantee next day delivery. If your order is urgent, please get in touch with us and we will try and get it dispatched the same day. We process our orders Monday to Friday, we do not process orders on Saturday. If you order on Friday after the cut-off then your order will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If you order with us on Friday through our express delivery couriers DPD and would like to receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. However we can't process any orders after 12pm for weekend delivery. Unfortunately, we can't offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland and all orders will be sent with Royal Mail.
We are happy to exchange or refund web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days (this applies to both UK and international orders) in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached. We offer FREE* UK delivery with Royal Mail which is a Tracked 48 Hour service. Please re-pack your order and print off a Natterjacks returns label which you can print here. Attach the printed label to the package and take it to your local Royal Mail post office. Within 24 hours of receiving your return we will email you confirming receipt. We aim to process returns within 48 hours so you will receive another email once your item has either been re-dispatched or a refund has been processed.
