Originally founded by a man named Leonardo Servadio in Perugia in 1959, Ellesse are world famous for their fashionable sportswear. They started out by making skiwear and ski boots before dabbling with tennis in the 70's, slowly harnessing a reputation as a chic brand that had the look of high fashion, but the functionality of proper sportswear. The brand was adopted heavily by the football casual scene in the 80s and Ellesse has been prominent on the terraces ever since.
