This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the website, any use of this website means that you agree to them. 1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website . All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit, or debit cards, or PayPal. will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed via a 3rd party payment gateway (Barclaycard and PayPal) so no credit card information is handled or viewed by us, nor is it stored anywhere on our systems. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made. 

2. Missing/Faulty Items Delivered To You.

The customer must inform us if there are any items missing/damaged or faulty inside your parcel within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered. The item/s may need to be returned to us and must come back to Natterjacks in original condition ie, unwashed, tags attached etc

Please contact customer services immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

3. Delivery Information

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £80, however this offer isn't applicable to sale items. We ship internationally but due to some restrictions we may have to contact you for further information with regards to your address details.

UK - Express Next Working Day Delivery: From £5.25 (APC Exc. Northern Ireland)

EU & Worldwide - DHL (Via Global-E) Prices vary by country

All orders from Non-EU countries are tax exempt meaning that the VAT will automatically be removed from your order; this is not applicable to sale items.

Regrettably we are unable to send any Carhartt WIP items to the US, Canada, Australia, Italy or Asia, due to distribution restrictions. If an order featuring any Carhartt WIP items is placed with shipping to any of these regions a full refund will be given immediately.

Please order before 7am for next day delivery. Unfortunately, we can't offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland and certain Scottish postcodes (please contact us for clarification). 

We process our orders Monday to Friday, we do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday. If you order on Friday after the cut-off then your order will be processed on Monday.

If you have selected a next day service you will need to ensure that you are at the specified delivery address on that day as the courier will require a signature. 

Our returns team will refund an order (less carriage) if it is sent back to us by the courier and you will be notified of the refund. After that if a customer still wants the item(s) they will have to place a new order.

If a customer enters the incorrect details resulting the parcel is sent to the wrong address will not be responsible and will pass over any attempts at retrieval to the customer.

Should a customer wish to cancel an order once it has been dispatched this will not be refunded until it has been received back; this can take up to 28 days.

Please note that free delivery is only applicable to your initial order, if an exchange is requested Natterjacks reserve the right to request a redelivery fee.

Customers must notify us within 14 days if their parcel has failed to reach them/be delivered; failure to do so will result in the loss of the parcel and we reserve the right to withhold a refund in this instance.

3. Prices

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.  Please note that this applies to both full priced stock and sale stock also.

4. Warranties is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

5.'s Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

6. Availability of the Website and Goods will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

7. Condition of Sale Items

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all items, whether full or sale price, go out in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee that sale items will be available in their original, factory fresh condition (this can include packaging and tagging amongst other things). If you're unsure as to the condition of a sale item and want to ensure it is as you want it, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to inform you of its condition and provide pictures where necessary before purchase.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or refund, UK and international, web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 28 days in a saleable condition with all tags attached & original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds on garments that are, marked in anyway, smelling worn or washed

We offer UK returns service with Royal Mail at a charge of £4.75. Please follow the link If you wish to return an item(s) using a courier other than the Royal Mail service we provide, we recommend that you use a trackable courier as the you are liable for merchandise until it is delivered back to us. We cannot accept liability for any lost/damaged parcels.

Should you wish for the return service to be upgraded to a next day courier service please email us, for a quote and to arrange a collection.

If a full order is returned, or the value of the returned items takes the total of your original order below the £80 free shipping threshold, you will be charged the outgoing shipping amount.

In the event of a potential manufacturing fault we reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for further assessment. 

If for any reason a parcel is unable to be delivered by our courier service, it will be held at their depot for your collection. If the parcel is not collected the item is returned to us, if this is with Royal Mail it will incur a £4.75 return fee.

If you have a problem with an item in your order, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate all issues raised. If any issue are our error, we will rectify the issue as soon as possible, either by sending missing items out to you, or issue a refund, should the item be sold out. If, however we cannot see any error on our part we reserve the right not to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in un-skated condition and in original packaging. Once a skateboard deck has been assembled and gripped it cannot be returned or exchanged. All decks must be returned in re-sellable condition.

Due to the nature of the sport, we do not deem snapped or broken skateboard decks or decks with stress or pressure cracks as faulty. Decks cannot be returned if used in any way. Most board breaks/snaps happen when landing a trick and the feet do not land in the correct position and not due to a manufacturing fault.


The cost of the goods that have been returned will be refunded excluding the original postage charge or the return postage charge. Exceptions are made for items that are faulty or were sent out in error on our part, in which case you can also use our UK returns service via Collect+ (UK only).


We offer a Royal Mail 48 hour signed for service on exchanges, at a cost of £4.75. Please include correct item and the receipt, with the form on the back filled out for your exchange. Once your item has reached us, the returns team will contact you via email. If you wish to have a quicker service for exchange please email us and we can get his upgraded.


Damaged packaging does not constitute a faulty item. We are selling a product and not the packaging. Whilst every effort is made to ensure every part of your item reaches you in factory fresh condition, we do not accept liability for any damage to any packaging. We will not be held responsible for any packaging damaged during transit. 


All returns should be sent back to this address and include your receipt and the form on the reverse filled out.

All the information you provide to including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.

10. Right to alter Terms and Conditions

The website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

11. Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

12. International Address Checks

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address & other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms & conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed & that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely & strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988

13. Sale of Carhartt Products to Australia, Italy & Greece

Due to Carhartt Distribution contracts in Australia, Italy, Greece & Japan we can no long ship any Carhartt product to these named countries.

14. VAT free shopping

At Natterjacks we offer VAT free shopping to non-EU member countries.  However, when sending the item we do have to disclose the full pre-exemption price for insurance, security and fraud purposes. This may effect potential customs charges but we cannot account for anything that happens to shipments going through customs.

15. Sale Items

Voucher codes and further discounts are not applicable to items in the sale category. Voucher codes can no longer be used if you live outside of the EU. We cannot offer refunds, or accept returns on items purchased at sale prices.

Due to the age of some of our 'end of line' clothing and/or footwear there may be some discolouration and/or slight imperfections in evidence which is why they are so generously reduced in price on our site and, as such are sold as sale items.  As the stock is old and not at full retail price we cannot guarantee the condition of any sale items but we will never send anything out that is deemed beyond wearing and enjoying.

16. Discount Codes

Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and orders over £50 in some cases some products are exempt from discount codes which will be stated on the product listing itself. The discount codes are a one use code only and multiple discount codes are not allowed to be used. If multiple discount codes are used on one order we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Discount codes are also not applicable to customers outside the EU as they already receive tax free shopping.

Please note discount codes can only be used through the checkout and can not be used after a purchase has been made.

17. Free Grip with decks

Whilst we endeavour to honour each customer with this deal, this offer is subject to availability and may change at any time. If grip is ordered with a deck we DO NOT include a free grip.

If a deck is returned for any reason the grip must be returned with it; we reserve the right to charge a £5.00 fee for any grip that is not returned.

18. Re-Sellers & Multiple Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect to be for re-sale purposes, especially on items on which we specifically state are available at a maximum of 1 per customer. This policy includes multiple individual orders for the same item.
