1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Natterjacks.com can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website . All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit, or debit cards, or PayPal. Natterjacks.com will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed via a 3rd party payment gateway (SagePay and PayPal) so no credit card information is handled or viewed by us, nor is it stored anywhere on our systems. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.

UK – Express Next Working Day Delivery: From £5.50 (DPD) – Guaranteed 1-hour delivery slot, text message notifications and designated pick up locations.
UK Saturday Service: £9.99 (DPD) - Please order before 12pm on Friday to guarantee delivery.
UK Offshore Shipping (3-4 working day delivery) = £5.00 (Royal Mail Recorded) - Heavier items can cost up to £10.00.
EU Shipping (1-7 Working Days Delivery) - From £8.50 (DPD)
Non-EU & Worldwide (2-6 Working Days Delivery) - From £9.50 (FedEx)
Free Shipping: Please note that as stated on the 'advert' this offer only applies to orders in the UK Mainland and is only applied to orders for non-sale items. The standard shipping cost (see above) will automatically be charged by us for orders that consist of sale items. Please note the offer only applies to UK Mainland orders, we cannot stress this highly enough!
All orders from Non-EU countries are tax exempt meaning that the VAT will automatically be removed from your order. This isn't applicable to sale items which will always be full price with VAT added regardless of your shipping destination.
For International orders we use DHL international, DPD & FedEx. The price of International delivery varies on the size and weight of the package and that price is quoted on the screen before the order is confirmed by the customer. In the unlikely event that the shipping cost turns out to be more expensive than quoted we reserve the right to request extra payment or cancel, and fully refund, the order.
We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible after the order has been processed (for example an order processed on Wednesday will be processed and dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday).
You may or may not be charged customs and import duties in your country of residence depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Natterjacks hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If the customer is away from their address (UK mainland only) the courier will leave a calling card with the contact details of the nearest depot to that address. This enables the customer to re-book delivery or collect the parcel from the depot.
If a parcel is refused on point of delivery and that parcel subsequently comes back to us here, we reserve the right to only refund the item(s) less the outgoing carriage and any further charges to us for having the parcel returned.
Natterjacks.com reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to re-send any parcel that is returned to us due to non-collection or package refusal due to potential customs charges. We will contact the customer to inform them the parcel is with us and if we do not receive a response within 7 working days we will refund the item(s), excluding the shipping costs (both outgoing and incoming), and cancel the order. After that if a customer still wants the item(s) they will have to place a new order.
If a customer enters the incorrect details which, in turn, means the parcel is sent to the wrong address Natterjacks.com will not be responsible and will pass over any attempts at retrieval to the customer.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to the following areas and postcodes as Royal Mail will have to be used for delivery. The majority of the Scottish Highlands, remote areas, including HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 15, 31, 33-38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
If you receive an order that is not correct (garment in wrong size, colour etc…) it must be reported either by phone or e-mail within 7 working days and we will inform you of what you have to do.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Please note that this applies to both full priced stock and sale stock also.
4. Natterjacks.com Warranties
natterjacks.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
5. Natterjacks.com's Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury natterjacks.com's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. natterjacks.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if natterjacks.com has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
6. Availability of the Website and Goods
Natterjacks.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
7. Condition of Sale Items
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all items, whether full or sale price, go out in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee that sale items will available in their original condition (this can include packaging and tagging). If you're unsure as to the condition of a sale item, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to inform you of it's condition before purchase.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by natterjacks.com. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
9. Returns and Exchange
All the offered items for sale on the Natterjacks.com site come from top quality brands and Natterjacks.com is completely confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase.
The Natterjacks.com Store is happy to exchange or refund web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days (this applies to both UK and international orders) in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/refunds on garments that are visibly worn, marked in anyway, washed, smelling of smoke, aftershave or washing detergents or quite simply not up to the standard the item was sent out in.
The Natterjacks.com store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a potential manufacturing fault we reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for further assessment.
If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a traceable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If for any reason a parcel is unable to be delivered by our courier service, it will be held at their depot for your collection. If the parcel is not collected within 3 days, the item is returned to us.
If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect, or your order is incomplete then you should contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate any shortages and if they should be our mistake, we will send you the missing item or issue a refund. If however we can not see any mistake on our part we reserve the right not to send a replacement or refund. You can return any unsuitable items to us so that we can replace them. If an item being returned for exchange is to be sent back to you, we reserve the right to charge you the subsidised amount of GBP4.00 for shipping in the UK. For international customers the rate for shipping of the exchanged item will depend on size and weight. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
With all returns that come back to us for a refund we only refund for the cost of the goods that have come back to us. We do not refund the original postage charge or the return postage charge. Exceptions are, of course, made to items that are faulty or were sent out incorrectly on our part.
With regards to packaging a damaged box for example does not constitute a faulty item. We are selling a product and not the packaging so whilst every effort is made to ensure every part of a customers item reaches them in factory fresh condition we do not accept liability for any damage to packaging or boxing of any products that we sell. We cannot be held responsible for any packaging damaged during transit.
All returns should be sent back to us at this address and should include a note with your name and order number along with what you would like us to do for you.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.

All the information you provide to natterjacks.com including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. natterjacks.com acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
10. Right to alter Terms and Conditions
The natterjacks.com website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. natterjacks.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
12. International Address Checks
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address & other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms & conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed & that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely & strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988
13. Sale of Carhartt Products to Australia, Italy & Greece
Due to Carhartt Distribution contracts in Australia, Italy & Greece we can no long ship any Carhartt product to these named countries.
14. VAT free shopping
At Natterjacks we offer VAT free shopping to non-EU member countries. However, when sending the item we do have to disclose the full pre-exemption price for insurance, security and fraud purposes. This may effect potential customs charges but we cannot account for anything that happens to shipments going through customs.
15. Sale Items
Voucher codes and further discounts are not applicable to items in the sale category. Voucher codes can no longer be used if you live outside of the EU. We cannot offer refunds, or accept returns on items purchased at sale prices.
16. Discount Codes
Discount codes are only applicable to full price items and in some cases some products are exempt from discount codes which will be stated on the product listing itself. The discount codes are a one use code only and multiple discount codes are not allowed to be used. If multiple discount codes are used on one order we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
17. Re-Sellers & Multiple Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect to be for re-sale purposes, especially on items on which we specifically state are available at a maximum of 1 per customer. This policy includes multiple individual orders for the same item.
